How I Made $10,000 Through Writing OVER Last Six months ?
I know everyone wants some extra money, so I think this article will help to earn some extra money.
It looks back to the history of how I first started writing and understanding my passion for words and what it is that keeps me coming back to writing and publishing content. Article also offers some helpful tips on how you can make money as a content creator by following your passions and not just your skills.
How I Made $10,000 Through Writing?
It all started with a blog post.
I was scrolling through my Facebook feed one day and saw an ad for a writing contest. I clicked on the link and entered. It was only $5 to enter, so I thought what could it hurt?
The next thing I knew, I had won first place in the contest and was receiving emails congratulating me on my win. Needless to say, this sparked my interest in writing more, and the rest is history!
In total, I’ve made $10,000 from writing articles and blogs over the past six months. Here are 7 tips that have helped me achieve this success:
1. Always aim to create quality content.
Nothing will sink your ship faster than poor writing that no one will bother reading. Make sure to research your topic thoroughly and write from a personal perspective rather than just regurgitating information you’ve read elsewhere.
2. Work hard on SEO (search engine optimization).
Without good SEO, your website will not rank well in search engines, which means no potential readers will stumble upon your content. Start by creating long-tail keywords that are relevant to your niche and focus on providing valuable information instead of focusing on keywords that will be most marketable.
3. Have a strong social media presence.
Without a strong social media presence, you won’t reach many of your target audience and you won’t get the word out about what you’re trying to do online. Many successful bloggers have found their niche by uploading interesting videos on YouTube and Facebook pages.
4. Develop a schedule for posting new content regularly.
You never want to post more than once per week, but this is highly dependent on your topic and site traffic levels. Aim for one or two new posts per month rather than one new post every day if possible, because it can be difficult to keep up with all of your social media outlets while also churning out blog posts on a slow day.
5. Always include a call to action at the end of every post or video.
You probably already know this, but if you don’t, plan on doing so from now on. If someone reads your content, you want them to be prompted to do something else with it as well as share it with their friends. This is a common and effective strategy that works for bloggers and small businesses alike.
6. Keep article short and sweet
Keep your articles short and sweet (3-5000 words max) so that people can digest them easily and share them easily with their friends on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter in order to get more eyes on your website and grow your target audience base.
7. Find a decent writer (This tip for those who can afford this )
Find a decent writer who can help you out from time to time. If you want your content to be read, it needs to be written properly. I know it’s tough for a newbie blogger like me who doesn’t have the money or resources to hire someone on a regular basis. But I still try my best to get help when I can. I find writers on freelancing sites like Freelancer, UpWork and even Gumtree (in my own country). When you look for them on these platforms, make sure that they’re reputable and reliable first before you pay them. You don’t want any “scammers” or bad eggs out there taking advantage of you! They might claim they work well with other bloggers too but don ’t believe them.
(Best for all who can’t hire any writer. ) — - I’ve also tried to find friends to proofread my posts that I can pay with a cup of coffee or lunch one-on-one. When you get help, it will make your content more believable and authentic when it comes to accuracy. If you’re too busy and don’t have time to do it yourself, then hire someone or even an agency instead. This is actually how I got started in this field! Two of my local bloggers (amazing bloggers by the way) hired me as an editor and did my editing for free! That how I learned the ropes, how to write and edit articles all these years later! It was really a blessing in disguise.
Pros and Cons of Writing
There are a lot of advantages and disadvantages to writing. Some people think that writing is a great way to express themselves, others think it’s a waste of time. Here are the pros and cons of writing:
— -The pro side of writing is that it can be a very effective way to communicate your thoughts and feelings. It can also help you develop your own ideas and share your views with the world. Writing can also help you learn new information, improve your vocabulary, and build your knowledge base.
— -The con side of writing is that it can be extremely time-consuming. It can also be difficult to get published, and it can be hard to make money from writing. However, writing can be very rewarding in the long run.
My Next Steps for Success,
If you want to make money writing, there are a few things you need to do.
First, you need to find a topic that interests you. If you can find a topic that you’re passionate about, it will make your work much more enjoyable.
Second, you need to start writing regularly. The best way to increase your income is to keep producing content. Even if it’s just a paragraph or two each day, it will add up over time.
